The dough can be used for sweet or savory pies, or as a base crust for quiche. 1 dough round = 1 single bottom crust // 2 dough rounds = 1 bottom crust & 1 top crust. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months, and in the refrigerator for 2 days. To thaw frozen dough: take out the dough needed and thaw it in the refrigerator overnight, or allow about 2 hours to thaw on the countertop before it’s ready to roll out. You can purchase up to 4 dough rounds at a time.
